VisonVolt, Lda, in accordance with national and European laws on data protection, will follow the following principles in the processing of personal data:

  • Principles of lawfulness, loyalty and transparency: personal data are always processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner whenever: the data subject has given his consent to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes; the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for pre-contractual measures at his request; the treatment is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which Visionvolt, Lda is subject or the treatment is necessary for the defense of vital interests of the data subject or another natural person; the processing is necessary for the exercise of public interest functions or the exercise of public authority vested in Visionvolt, Lda or the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Visionvolt, Lda or by third parties. 
  • Purpose limitation principle: Visionvolt, Lda collects and processes personal data for explicit and legitimate purposes, not processing this data later for other purposes;
  • Data minimization principle: the personal data collected are always adequate, relevant and limited to what is strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;
  • Principle of accuracy: the personal data being processed are always accurate and updated whenever necessary and without delay;
  • Principle of conservation limitation: personal data are always kept in order to allow the identification of Data Subjects and only for the period of time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or for the legal or regulatory retention period to which Visionvolt, Lda. be obliged;
  • Principle of integrity and confidentiality: personal data are always treated in order to guarantee their security, namely against unauthorized treatment, loss or destruction;
  • Responsibility principle: Visionvolt, Lda is responsible for the application of the aforementioned principles, as well as for the implementation of all technical and organizational measures leading to compliance with the laws in force.
  1. INFORMATION AND CONSENT

Obtaining consent for the processing of personal data is done in writing or electronically, depending on the situation.

The written form is written in clear and simple language to facilitate its understanding, and freely and voluntarily determine the intention to provide your personal data.

The holder of the personal data is informed of the purpose for which their personal data are intended, noting that they are affected by the contractual relationship between the data holder.

Without the express consent of the owner, it will not be possible to fulfill the aforementioned purposes.

  1. DISCLOSURE AND PRESERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Visionvolt, Lda will not provide information to third parties, to which it is not legally obliged and will not disclose the personal data that it processed. The data will only be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

After the expiration of the conservation period, and provided that Visionvolt, Lda is not obliged, by legal, judicial or administrative imposition, to proceed with its conservation, the personal data will be deleted.

- Limitation on the processing of personal data when verifying situations that are unlawful in its processing;

- Request the portability of personal data;

- Do not accept subjection to automated processing of your personal data;

- Right to complain to the competent authorities, e.g. National Data Protection Commission

The processing of personal data is legitimate and necessary for the execution of a contractual relationship between the holder of the personal data and VisionVotl, Lda and to fulfill the aforementioned purposes, which are only carried out with the consent of the data holder.

Visionvolt, Lda will always treat personal data confidentially and maintain the respective secrecy, in accordance with the provisions of the regulation, adopting, for this purpose, the organizational and technical measures necessary to guarantee the security of your data and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed.
